I bought this abroad from another website. It had the same exact photo shown here, but for some reason came in a one-size fits all only. It said it fits xsmall to medium, and it fits me very well, luckily (I would say I am a medium). It is very snug on top, but that is what makes it sit well. Mine looks exactly like in the photo, every detail, but there were no adjustable shoulder straps, luckily, it is snug enough that I don't need them. Mine also came with a matching thong which was a surprise that made me laugh. Are some people taking the tails off towards the end of the night? And then the mermaid has legs? My boyfriend thought it was smart, as the bottom should be worn with a thong as to not show any panty lines. Maybe the tail could have been a little longer and the fins more exagerated, but all in all, I think this costume is great!

I wore this to three halloween parties this year and I got tons of compliments. It was functional and fit really well. I loved all of the beaded embellishments. My only complaint would be the plastic in the tail wasn't bent like the one in the picture, but I let it hang on a hook for a few weeks and gravity kind of straightened it out a lot. It still looked amazing.

Good costume. Fit me well. Only thing was that the skirt bottom kinda bent funny (maybe from just the way it was folded in the package?)--so skirt did not look quite like the picture.
