I really liked this costume. I ordered it for my shih tzu. He is approximately 15 lbs and the small size I got was just right. It fitted perfectly and he looked so cute. The head piece is kind of like a baby hat with a velcro closing on the front to help it stay put. The wings don't have any wires or anything that might hurt him and was easy to put on and stayed in place without going to the sides. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I ordered size large for 75 pound dog. The elastic attachments for the legs were torn almost completely through before even trying it on. We tried it on anyway and it was REALLLY tight under his legs. The wings don't have wire for shaping and flop down so much you can't even tell what they were supposed to be. I'd rather pay more for a better product; we couldn't use this at all but it wasn't worth returning. Cute concept though!

this costume is HILARIOUS on my dog. since he already looks like a bat, i didn't end up needing the ears, but the wings are amazing - because they have some fake black fur on top, it blends right in with my dog so he looks like a little bat. and when he walks, the wings wobble around and i can't look at it without laughing every time. this is uber cute, and definitely an endearing Halloween costume. the only downfall was when it arrived, the wings were a little wrinkled and i had to put them under a book overnight to straighten them out because they were leaning to one side because of how they were folded in the package.
